Who we are
Texas Shoe Exchange North is a shoe store in Round Rock, Texas, and this site is where its women's footwear range is sold online.
We are a shop, not a warehouse brand. The people who answer the phone are the same people who work the floor, and what we know about a shoe we know from putting it on customers' feet rather than from a spec sheet.

Our storefront is at 4401 I 35 N Frontage Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665, inside Round Rock Premium Outlets.

What we sell
Women's comfort and dress footwear — loafers, pumps, clogs, mules, sandals, ballet flats, walking shoes and casual sneakers.
The range is organised into five collections: Dress Pumps & Heels, Loafers & Slip-Ons, Clogs & Mules, Walking & Comfort Shoes and Everyday Casual Shoes. What runs through all of them is construction rather than styling: cushioned insoles, built-in arch support, removable footbeds for anyone who wears their own orthotics, and widths that run from narrow through double wide. If a shoe cannot be stood in for a full day, it does not interest us much.
How orders work
Orders placed before 12 PM Central on a business day are processed the same day; after that, the next one.
Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit runs 4–8 business days within the United States. Standard shipping is $8.00, free on orders of $70.00 or more, and Express is $15.00. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.
