1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it with Texas Shoe Exchange North.

Our registered trading address is 4401 I 35 N Frontage Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order — for example where an item is no longer available, where a price was published in error, or where a delivery address cannot be verified. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but a change never affects an order already accepted. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

4. Product information

We describe every item as accurately as we can, from the materials, construction and fit information available to us.

Screens render colour differently, and a shoe photographed under studio light may read a shade lighter or darker than it appears at home. A colour difference of that kind is not a fault; it is covered by the return window instead.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, and both form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with it.

You may not scrape the site, resell its content, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it to transmit malicious code. Text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
