Which channel for what

Phone is quickest for stock, fit and width questions while the shop is open — someone can walk over and look at the shoe.

Email suits everything with an order number attached: a return, an exchange, a delivery that has not arrived, an invoice you need re-sent. Send the order number in the first line and it saves a round trip. For a return, read the Refund Policy first; for delivery times and rates, the Shipping Policy answers most of it.
