The topline is stretch knit, so it hugs the foot naturally rather than gripping it, and a pull tab at the heel means you step in and go. A contrast-stitched trim runs along the sole and gives an otherwise plain shoe a tailored finish. Inside, a contoured soft touch footbed and a sock lining deliver cushioned arch support that holds up from morning to evening. The insole is removable, which matters if you already wear your own orthotics and would rather not choose between them and a shoe you like.

Medium and wide widths are both offered. This is the flat for errands, school runs and the long unglamorous middle of a weekday, and it looks tidy enough that nobody has to know it was chosen for comfort first.
